Hi Vasilios,
I personally prefer to calculate the calories that I eat every day and try to make them under the average total amount. In that case, I will not exceed what my body needs and keep in shape all the time. That aside, I also prefer to exercise/workouts regularly on this.
Although I don’t like to take supplements to better control weight, the product – Leptitox is a refreshing solution to me.
